The production equipment at each plant and the superior heading technology that backs it up are the backbone of Fuserashi's operations, they are our most important assets. In addition to cold, warm and hot heading technologies that are fundamental for molding, we use cold forging as a basic molding technique.
These technologies are incorporated into our specialized equipment on the line, complementing the NC lathes, grinders, tapping equipment and heat treatment facilities for finishing our products.
At Fuserashi, we have developed these technologies and machines over many years. By setting them to specific tasks and combining them with other devices, we can mass produce a variety of parts in an efficient, economical manner. This is how we meet all of our customers' needs as a total part manufacturer.
| Machine Types | Outline |
|---|---|
| Cold Forging | We continuously cut coiled material at room temperature, and mold in multiple stages while transferring the cut blanks |
| Hot Forging | Bars or coiled material are heated to about 1270°C, then continuously cut. Heading is carried out in multiple stages while transferring the blanks. |
| MP | After cold or hot forging, the products undergo precision forging to form complex forms and meet highly precise dimension requirements. |
| TP | Female screws are cut by automatic tapping at a portion where there is a hole in the semi-processed products created with cold forging, hot forging and MP. |
