of our wide range of parts is put to the test for the first
time when our customer delivers them to an end-user as a finished
product. Under such circumstances, the most important thing
is that each part accomplishes its required function. In other
words, we are required to mass-produce parts having a specific
function with high quality and little variance. For that reason,
our products are exhaustively inspected on the basis of quality
assurance conscious test criteria at all stages from development
through mass production. During the development stage, product
samples are evaluated as to whether their function, durability,
and strength satisfy our customers' requirements. This information
is relayed to our customer as product development continues.
At mass production, quality is checked by automatic inspection
equipment on the production line. |
